1. What Avenlo Is

Avenlo is an AI-powered social media automation platform. It lets you generate content, schedule posts, publish to TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, and manage comments — all from one dashboard using a coin-based system. By using Avenlo, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Avenlo, and 18 to make purchases.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or referral rewards.
  • If you think your account has been compromised, contact us at [email protected] immediately.

3. Coins

Everything on Avenlo costs coins. Coins have no cash value. The current cost of each action is shown in the platform at the time you perform it; see the in-app pricing page at /subscription-plans for current coin packs and plans.

You can earn coins through:

  • Welcome bonus: 100 free coins when you register.
  • Subscription: Monthly coin allocation depending on your plan.
  • Referrals: Earn 10% of the coins your referred user buys on their first purchase (up to 10,000 coins/month). They also get 100 bonus coins.
  • Promo codes: Redeem valid codes for bonus coins.

Coin costs may change over time; we will announce material changes with reasonable advance notice.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period — no partial refunds.
  • Coin pack purchases are final. Refunds are only issued if there is a verified error on our side.
  • If a payment fails, your account may be moved to the Free plan.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving reasons (§§ 312g, 355 BGB). Because coins and subscriptions are digital content and services that we begin to provide immediately, you expressly consent, when you buy coins or start a subscription, that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).

Plan downgrade. If you downgrade your plan, coins remaining in your paid (purchased) balance stay in your account and are not forfeited; only the monthly subscription allocation changes going forward.

5. Connected Social Accounts

  • You must have the right to manage any social account you connect.
  • You are responsible for following the rules of TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • We only publish content when you schedule or trigger it — never automatically without your input.
  • You can disconnect any account at any time from your settings.

6. AI Content

  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it.
  • Do not use AI features to create harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
  • By publishing AI content, you accept full responsibility for it.

7. What You Cannot Do

  • Upload content that violates copyright or other people's rights.
  • Use the platform to spam, harass, or mislead others.
  • Try to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
  • Abuse referral or promo code systems through fraud.
Violating these rules may result in your account being suspended or terminated. If we terminate your account because of your breach, your bonus, subscription, referral, and promo coins are forfeited. Coins in your paid (purchased) balance are not forfeited: if an account is terminated for a reason not caused by your violation, any remaining paid balance is kept and will be refunded to you.

8. Your Content

You own everything you upload. We only use your content to provide the service — nothing else. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee it. We are not responsible for publish failures caused by outages on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram. If a failure is caused by Avenlo, we will refund the coins used for that action.

10. Our Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).

For slight (ordinary) negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten) — obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely. In that case our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded. The above limitations also apply in favour of our legal representatives and vicarious agents.

11. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or involve fraudulent activity. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings; deletion permanently removes your content, connected-account tokens, and associated data. Before deleting, you can request a copy of your personal data by emailing [email protected] (we respond within 30 days), and you can export your analytics data as a CSV file from the analytics dashboard.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use Avenlo after that means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence. EU consumers can also access dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of § 36 VSBG and are not obligated to do so.
